We ship Australia and international using Australia Post Parcel Post. - rates calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will be processed and confirmed via e-mail once payment has been successfully made.

Once we receive your order, it will usually be dispatched within 2-3 days.

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Tracking

All parcels are given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery at all times.

Return Policy

Returns/Exchange

We want you to love the products as much as we do and your shopping experience with us to be as enjoyable as possible. We do ask that you contact us with any questions - or if you would like further photos on items or would like some items styled together - we are here to help you.

We do ask however that you do shop carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Products may be returned with a refund or replacement only if faulty. This policy is non-negotiable.

Faulty Items

If an item is defective or damaged, can you please email us at simwine64@gmail.com with photographs and advise within 3 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to rectify the situation.  

Sale Items

We don't offer exchanges or returns on sale or discounted items.
